 1 medium head of lion's mane mushroom
 2 tbsp butter
 1 pinch pepper
 1 pinch salt

Be sure to clean your lion's mane mushroom by simply brushing off any dirt.

Remove the stem and cut the lion's mane into 1/2-inch size pieces.

Place the mushroom pieces in a dry pan on medium heat.

Cook lion's mane mushrooms for 5-7 minutes and flip.

The mushrooms will being to release water. Once they start to brown, add the butter to the pan.

Be mindful of how much you stir the mushrooms as they become delicate as they cook.

Season lion's mane with salt and pepper, then turn the heat down to low setting and allow the mushrooms to cook until they reach a golden brown.

Remove from pan and serve immediately. Bon appetite!
